Security Levels and Labels

According to the importance of organizational assetsSecurity LevelDefine the categories and the detailed classifications belonging to each grade.labelThis is the menu for managing __PH_0__. You can link multiple labels to a single security grade, and each label belongs to only one security grade. The grades and labels defined here are used as the basis for data classification and policy application in each service.

Basic Screen Composition​

The screen is composed of two areas: left and right.

  • Left — Security Level List
    • Security Level Overview: An item that allows you to view the labels of all registered grades at once. The number of registered grades is displayed on the right.
    • Individual Security Level: 순위, color icon,보안 등급 이름, 레이블 수is displayed.
    • Unrated: This is an item where labels without a grade are gathered. It is displayed at the bottom of the list, and will not be shown if there are no such labels.
    • top+Register a new security level with the button.
  • Right — Label List
    • The labels belonging to the selected grade are displayed in a table.
    • Search for label name,레이블 등록, you can delete labels (multiple selection of checkboxes).

💡 Rank is the criterion for security level. The smaller the number, the higher the security grade.(e.g.: The highest grade is the 1st priority)

Security Level Registration​

Register the security level classification criteria of the organization (e.g., confidential, sensitive, public) as grades.

Input items

  • Ranking(Required): Security level criteria. The smaller the number, the higher the grade. You cannot select a rank that is already used by another grade.
  • name(Required): Grade name. It cannot overlap with other grades.
  • Grade Description(Optional): Description of the rating.
  • Color Selection(Required): Choose from 10 preset colors. The specified color is used to visually distinguish the grades in each service.

How to use

  1. Top of the left security level list+Click the button.
  2. 순위 선택clickRank SelectionSpecify the ranking to be used in the window.
  3. nameEnter.
  4. if necessaryGrade DescriptionEnter.
  5. ColorSelect.
  6. 등록Click the button.

⚠️ **The selected rank cannot be changed after registration.**Please choose carefully as it may affect the policies that have already been applied.

💡 Once the registration is complete,보안 등급 등록 완료with guidance해당 보안 등급에 속하는 레이블을 등록하세요A guide will be displayed. You can then proceed to register the label.

Modify Security Level​

Modify the name, description, and color of the registered grade.

  • Security Level IDis displayed together. This ID is a unique identifier used for mapping during bulk registration in each service.
  • Ranking Lock Rules
    • Already ranked grade: The ranking cannot be changed.
    • Rank without a score yet (rank was unspecified): At this time, a new rank can be assigned. However, once assigned, it cannot be changed thereafter.

⚠️ If you modify the grade information, it will affect the security grade being used.Reflected uniformly across all servicesIt works.

Delete Security Level​

Delete the grade that is no longer in use.

⚠️ **Labels with security levels cannot be deleted.**If you attempt to delete보안 등급 삭제 불가with guidance on the grade held사용 중인 레이블A list will be displayed. First, move those labels to a different tier or delete (disable) them, then try again.

How to use

  1. Hover over the grade you want to delete in the left list and click the delete icon that appears.
  2. If there is no label for the corresponding grade, a deletion confirmation window will open.삭제Click.
  3. If there is a label보안 등급 삭제 불가A guide will be displayed. Please organize the labels first and then try again.

⚠️ Deleted security level isCannot be restored.

Label Registration​

Register labels based on the sub-classification criteria of the grade. (e.g. Confidential → Personnel Information, Sensitive → External Sharing)

Input items

  • Security Level(Required): The grade to which the label belongs. If you register while a specific grade is selected, it will be automatically assigned that grade, and보안 등급 전체When registering, you can select the grade directly.
  • name(Required): Label name. Must be unique.
  • Label Description(Optional): Description for the label.

How to use

  1. Select the grade to which you want to add a label on the left.
  2. top right레이블 등록Click the button.
  3. (if necessary)Security LevelSelect.
  4. nameEnter, and if necessaryExplanationEnter.
  5. 등록Click the button.

💡 If there are no grades 레이블 등록 Button is disabledIt works.등급 등록 후 레이블을 등록할 수 있습니다.Since a guide will be displayed, please register the security level first.

⚠️ The security level selected during registration cannot be changed after registration.

Label Details · Edit​

Clicking the label row opens detailed information.

  • Label ID, Modified DateYou can check.
  • Name·DescriptionYou can modify it.
  • Security Levelcannot be changed. However,**Labels with unspecified grades specify security grades on the detail screen.**can do.
  • Usage Status: You can check which service this label is being used in. If it is not in use,미사용is displayed as.

⚠️ If you modify the label information, it will affect the label being usedReflected uniformly across all servicesIt works.

Delete Label​

  • **The label in use cannot be deleted.**If you attempt to delete레이블 삭제 불가with guidance사용 중인 서비스A list will be displayed. Please uncheck the label in that service and try again.
  • If not in use, in the deletion confirmation window삭제Click to delete.

How to use

  1. Select the checkbox of the label to be deleted from the right label list.
  2. Click the delete button at the top.
  3. if not in use, in the confirmation window삭제Click.

⚠️ Deleted labels cannot be recovered.

Unrated​

  • This is an item where labels without a security level are gathered.
  • ListbottomIt is displayed, without ranking and color.
  • If there are no labels left, from the listIt disappears automatically.
  • Unrated label isSpecify security level on the label detail screenso you can move to the regular grade.
